EIR and the Schiller Institute will soon release a report with a devastating exposure of the genocidal intent of the "Great Reset" and the "Green New Deal".
|
EIR and the Schiller Institute will soon begin circulating a powerful exposé of the financial oligarchs’ so-called “Green Deal” scheme and the counter-strategy of financing high-technology development to defeat it. This report will build on the Special Report we published last May, “The LaRouche Plan To Reopen the U.S. Economy: The World Needs 1.5 Billion New Productive Jobs,” which is still the only full outline for really reversing the terrible economic effects of COVID-19 pandemic and defending against the next one.EIR’s Alert Service has warned that the five-day World Economic Forum “Davos Agenda” conference which began today involves a plan—the “Great Reset” or “Green Deal”—by British oligarchs to ban “dirty” modern energy technologies, and by City of London and Wall Street finance and the biggest central banks to get tens of trillions spent on “new,” actually primitive energy technologies. The process will reduce the human population, its liberty and its pursuit of happiness in ways very unpleasant for the billions of the “other 99%.” Only those around the British royals will admit that is their goal. With shock, the South African government learns that its new coal-power projects are cancelled, and it is under pressure to close down, in this decade, many of the coal-power plants which provide the lion’s share of electric power to the entire country. The world’s biggest fund management company, Wall Street’s BlackRock, Inc., pressured South Korea’s leading power engineering company, which was building the South African power complexes, to abandon them. Other projects in Indonesia and the Philippines come under the same threat. In Kenya, financing disappears for development of an oil reserve which is the key to a new railroad and port corridor connecting the north of the country to its neighbors. The President of Ghana comes under intense pressure to drop plans for a nuclear complex which was to be his development centerpiece. In London, government institutes arrogantly announce offers of $1 billion for all of Africa and India, as compensation for shutting down coal and oil power! In the United States, half of all the coal-power plants are closed in five years by BlackRock’s and Sir Michael Bloomberg’s “Beyond Coal” drive, in spite of President Donald Trump. In Germany or the United States, the continued imposition of a “Green New Deal” means tremendous prices for electric power, industrial chaos, blackouts…. But in Africa, India or any developing nation, it means population reduction by millions of unnecessary deaths. The reigning British Royal Malthusian Prince Charles and his teams of eco-advisors and City of London banking friends believe that now, after 30 years of “Earth summits,” Davos Conferences and Green New Deals, they have finally got a financial stranglehold against human numbers and the “dirty” fossil fuels and “dangerous” nuclear technologies which have allowed the human population to grow. They exult at the ousting of President Donald Trump who was the most powerful single adversary of their Green New Deal and had pulled the United States out of the economy-killing Paris Climate Accord. They think that now governments will not oppose them and big finance, “Green Finance” as they call it, will starve these most productive energy technologies of all capital to exist. Joe Biden is taking the White House into their camp. But we’ve also made clear that this plan can be stopped. To a great extent because of the influence of China, the Asian nations are opposing it; and so is Putin’s Russia. The World Economic Forum put out a strategy paper for their conference this week, which claimed that $30 trillion in capital funds are committed to “green finance”; that is, to preventing investment in fossil fuels or nuclear power. It supposedly will only invest for environmental, social and governance purposes—a lot of bulls—t. But just 0.8% of this “green finance,” they admitted, was in Asia! In effect, the Prince and his oligarchs are waging a European war on economic progress targeting Asia and Africa. Chinese banks are funding three-quarters of the coal-power projects in all developing countries, and while its leaders use the language of the Paris Climate Accord, China plans still to be producing half of its electric power from coal in 2050—with much of the other half from nuclear power plants. India and Russia are equally committed to coal power, nuclear power, the international crash program for fusion power that Putin called for in July 2018, and to space exploration and space science. We know how this kind of development can be financed without any green financiers or central banks—by creating Hamiltonian national banking institutions in each country. As a first task, build a modern healthcare and public health system in every country. We have to battle the Biden Administration for this policy of industrialization and development as the peerless American System economist Lyndon LaRouche conceived it. Set the Great Reset on its ear. Reject Biden’s ideas about “Earth Day” summits, because that’s playing the British oligarchy’s game. We need to fight for a conference to launch LaRouche’s “New Bretton Woods.” EIR’s forthcoming white paper will be the opening weapon for that fight.

With the inauguration of Joe Biden, the power of the U.S. Presidency has been put at the service of those demanding a centralization of power in the hands of private central bankers, to push through a genocidal "Green New Deal."
|
Jan. 22, 2021 — Surrounded by tens of thousands of troops and a sparse crowd, the inauguration of Joe Biden as President of the United States had little in common with the usual celebratory mood which surrounds the peaceful transfer of power in the American republic. It bore instead a distinct resemblance to the installation of a regime which seized power in a coup in a banana republic — which, in fact, is what happened! With a majority of Republicans convinced that the election was stolen from Donald Trump, and angry that neither courts nor legislatures seriously investigated the charges of fraud, many view Biden as an “illegitimate” president. The Inauguration occurred two weeks after a deadly riot overwhelmed security forces at the U.S. Capitol, on January 6, which disrupted efforts by Trump supporters in the Congress who were engaged in a fully legal, Constitutional process of challenging the certification of Electors for Biden, due to evidence of voting irregularities. It occurred one week after the House of Representatives impeached President Trump for a second time, accusing him of inciting the “insurrection” which led to the storming of the Capitol, in a rush to judgement in a highly charged environment. Perhaps given the turmoil and uncertainty caused by these events, it is not surprising that President Biden emphasized a call for “unity … unity for a divided nation” in his inaugural address. Yet this call had a decidedly hollow ring to it, as Biden and his supporters, instead of promoting policies which can foster unity, are moving to criminalize any opposition to what he was installed to do as President, going so far as to label Trump supporters as “racists” and even “terrorists.” This is hardly a language which would facilitate unity and reconciliation!Obviously uninterested in acting in a manner which would promote unity, the cabal behind the four-year effort to overturn the election of Trump in 2016, and which rigged the 2020 election for Biden, is acting to increase the polarization in the nation. In their minds, they have finally succeeded in removing Trump — and now they are going for scorched earth destruction of Trump and his supporters. Trump himself, in addition to facing an impeachment trial in the Senate, has been threatened with the prospect of numerous civil and criminal charges against him, his family and his businesses in the courts. Leading Democrats and intelligence/security officials are gearing up for an assault against him and the seventy-five million Americans who voted for him. Hillary Clinton, for example, still bitter over her 2016 loss to Trump, called for a “9/11-style Commission” to investigate the riot on January 6, focused not on the pre-planning that went into it — which would show that, rather than an incitement by Trump, security officials were aware well in advance that plans had been made for an attack, and did nothing to prepare for it — but revisiting the lies of Russiagate, decrying Trump as one who “disdains democracy” and remains under the control of Putin! She was joined on her podcast by House Speaker Pelosi, who agreed to establish such a commission, and reminded listeners proudly that she had once confronted Trump by telling him, “With you, Mr. President, all roads lead to Putin.” Both described the riot as “a gift to Putin.” Simultaneously, such vitriol was reinforced by unhinged drone murderer and former CIA chief John Brennan, in his description of the Trump movement as an “unholy alliance … of religious extremists, authoritarians, fascists, bigots, racists, nativists, even libertarians.” Brennan played a leading role against Trump in fabricating the debunked narrative of Russiagate, and has yet to be prosecuted for the damage to the nation resulting from his lies. Also chiming in is the Center for American Progress (CAP), a Democratic think tank, which claims that the coalition built by Trump “could become a full-fledged insurgency that poses a significant and enduring threat to all Americans.” CAP’s statement calls for deploying the “full use of existing tools and authorities” to combat it. One of those tools which is supported by the Democrats is social media censorship, which has even been imposed against the accounts that President Trump had successfully employed, to combat the mainstream media lies and slanders against him. CNN went so far as to feature a “cult expert” who asserted that Trump supporters are part of a “cult", and they must be “deprogrammed." A Strategy For True Unity Those who long for “unity” should revisit the efforts of Abraham Lincoln, who famously intervened against the toxic polarization which had been stoked for years against the American republic by British imperial interests, in his speech of June 16, 1858, accepting his party’s nomination for U.S. Senator. Known for its most prominent line, “A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand,” Lincoln understood that the division of the Union into half-slave, half-free “cannot endure permanently.” This address was a prescient warning, delivered less than two years before his election as President, and nearly three years prior to the beginning of the bloody civil war, which began shortly after he was inaugurated. The deeper issue addressed by Lincoln in this speech and in his presidency, was the battle between two completely irreconcilable systems: the American System, as forged by the Founding Fathers after their successful War of Independence against the British Empire, and the British System of “free trade.” Slavery was imposed by the British system, which intended to preserve a quasi-colonial status for America, as an agrarian society of planter aristocrats, using slave labor to produce cheap cotton for British textile mills. The southern aristocrats, backed by London, were allied with New York bankers and Boston’s merchant trading class, both of which retained close ties to their former colonial masters. The Constitution of the Confederate States of America endorsed slavery and state rights, favoring a weak central government with little power. The Confederacy was seen by influential British Foreign Minister Lord Palmerston as the best way to weaken the United States, presaging a reincorporation of at least part of the country into the Empire. Lincoln’s revival of the American System was crucial not only for a victory in the Civil War, but in the development of post-war America as the strongest industrial economy in the world. His commitment to building the Transcontinental railroad became a driver for not only westward expansion, but in unifying the nation. This was furthered by the adoption of Hamiltonian credit policies and the use of tariffs to protect America’s fledgling industries. This application of the American system allowed for the advance of modern industry, especially in developing the steel and engineering capabilities required for the production of machine tools, which boosted the productivity of labor both in manufacturing and agricultural production, which over time led to the development of higher living standards for working people. By decisively defeating the attempts by the British and their U.S. allies to divide the U.S., Lincoln intended to unite the people around a national mission to develop the continent, with far-reaching effects internationally. This succeeded, despite his assassination by a network directed from London, through restoring the American System model created by Alexander Hamilton and his allies among the Foundin Fathers. This model, revived by Lincoln and advisers such as Henry Carey and E. Peshine Smith, was adopted by many other nations after 1876, including Bismarck’s Germany, France, Russia and Japan. This advance in America, when copied in such plans as Count Witte’s Trans-Siberian railroad for Russia and Eurasia, and the proposed Berlin to Baghdad line, was seen as an existential threat by the British Empire, which depended on its military control of the seas, and imposition of free trade to dominate the world economy. Equally galling to the London-based financial empire was Lincoln’s alliance with Tsar Alexander II of Russia, who deployed ships of the Russian navy to prevent a blockade of northern ports by the British fleet, a repeat of Russia’s support for the American colonies, through its role in the League of Armed Neutrality, during the War of Independence against the British. The roots of Russiagate, the desperate effort to prevent Trump from collaboration with Putin and Russia, can be seen in the Empire’s fear historically of such an alliance. What the Empire intends for a Biden administration is to return to the endless war policies of the Bush and Obama-Biden administrations, and imposing a global central banker’s dictatorship, called the “Great Reset,” in support of a genocidal Green New Deal. To succeed in doing this requires crushing the Trump movement in the U.S., using the kind of gang-countergang tactics historically applied by the Empire to crush their opponents, which means increasing the polarization. National Mission For Global Development The attempt by President Trump to define a global strategy for a sovereign U.S., free from the endless regional wars fought on behalf of global neoliberal and geopolitical interests, is what made him a target of the City of London, and its allies in the U.S. “Military Industrial Complex.” It is the policies of the interlocking directorates of global cartels, which in addition to inciting “endless” wars, impose the forced underdevelopment of the former colonial world, with the neoliberal austerity and free trade policies which have reduced living standards in the trans-Atlantic region, to maintain their power, which is needed to protect their collapsing, bankrupt system through genocidal looting. This is what has driven the polarization which today increases geopolitical tensions. Add to that the deliberate fostering of “identity politics” inside nations, which mirrors the geopolitical divide-and-conquer strategy applied in international policies, which pits smaller groups against each other in a fight for a shrinking pie, and you have a formula for a Hobbesian world of each against all. A compelling argument to counter this polarization was presented by Helga Zepp-LaRouche in her weekly dialogue on January 21. Asked to comment of Biden’s hypocritical call for “unity", she offered some good advice for him: Noting that he is a Catholic, she said, “...he should read the Encyclical of Pope Paul VI that he wrote in 1967, which was called Populorum Progressio, or On the Development of Peoples, and in which he said that the ‘the new name for peace is development.’ And in the same way, one can say that the ‘new name for unity is development.’ The only way one can hope to have unity inside the United States would be to put on the agenda an economic program which would give productive jobs to every American, which would undo the economic injustices which are, after all, the reason why Trump was elected in 2016, and why all the Trump voters are still sticking to Trump. So, if he wants to have unity, he should make development the new name for unity, and internationally it would go in the same direction.” While it appears unlikely that, as presently constituted, the Biden administration would heed the founder of the Schiller Institute’s sage advice, she noted that the strategic, social, economic and political crises confronting it require a change in direction. To succeed in avoiding a global systemic economic/financial collapse, and more wars, she advocated adopting Lyndon LaRouche’s Four Power agreement to establish a New Bretton Woods, and implementing his Four Economic Laws, which are derived from applying the American System of the Founding Fathers and Lincoln. A sovereign U.S. would find common cause with the sovereign nations of Russia, China and India, which in alliance would be able to forge an economic and military power to defeat the British Empire and its fifth column in the U.S. and the European Union. Further, she believes that a significant segment of the Trump movement would support a shift in this direction, as Trump’s campaign in 2016 incorporated elements of LaRouche’s approach, including a return to Glass Steagall banking separation, infrastructure investment and fostering scientific and technological advance at the frontiers of science — echoing his Four Laws — and cooperation with Russia and China. While the combined effects of Russiagate, the COVID pandemic, and opposition from anti-Trump layers in the Republican Party, who joined with their fellow War Hawks and neoliberals in the Democratic Party against him, sabotaged the potential of the Trump administration, the Trump base remained loyal to the President, and could be mobilized again to back the principles of the American System. If committing the citizens of the U.S. to a unified national mission is truly the goal, then Zepp-LaRouche’s strategy, based on returning to the principles of the American System, must be deployed to defeat the British Empire and its lackeys in America.

The vaccination programs moving forward around the globe point both to the tremendous success that can be achieved through a crash effort and to the enormous global deficit in health infrastructure. Current vaccine production schedules, although impressive, will still require years to fully inoculate everyone in the world who wants to be vaccinated. Patent issues may hold back production. Overburdened or overwhelmed health systems in various nations (and including certain areas within the United States) require upgrading—capital investments in facilities themselves, infrastructure upgrades to service the facilities, and an expansion of education and training to ensure a sufficient number of health professionals. Systems of universal health coverage are needed. But this is only a portion of the recovery and growth measures that are required worldwide to put the human species on a trajectory consistent with the unbounded potential for creativity, the most central core of human identity. Can nations and societies provide a platform for all people to access a meaningful immortality of having contributed something of enduring value? Doing so requires an “economic health” mobilization that lances the grotesquely inflated financial bubble, draining it carefully and safely through Glass-Steagall reorganization and any necessary bankruptcy proceedings, allowing healthy banking to play its needed role. Financialization will be recognized for the dead end it is, and the physical economic outlook championed by Lyndon LaRouche can come to the fore, in directing credit towards physically productive projects. On Monday begins in earnest the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Sunday saw welcoming remarks from Klaus Schwab, who pointed to the themes of stakeholder capitalism and “global stewardship” (a green takeover of business and a shutdown of reliable sources of power). The week’s events will push heavily for a reset of global governance along the lines of the “regime change” in favor of finance and central banks promoted in Jackson Hole in 2019, and the “Terra Carta” notion of supranational control of the world to avert the supposed emergency of climate catastrophe. Green dreams, when an attempt is made to implement them, run into harsh realities. A modern, productive, glowing world simply cannot depend on “renewable” energy sources. Also on Monday, the preposterous article of impeachment against former President Donald Trump will be transmitted to the Senate, where the absurd trial will begin the week of February 8. The goals of the charade are to advance the cause of creating “domestic terrorism” laws in the United States, and to prevent Trump (and, by implication, any other outsider) from building an independent political movement. Trump is facing another trial as well. The 20-member “Oversight Board” of Facebook (an institution literally called simply The Oversight Board) will hear an appeal from the former President of the United States, to decide on whether to reinstate his access to Facebook. This august and well-remunerated board, which was established a year ago and has since spent its time deliberating on such crucial topics as “how artificial intelligence can identify different nipples in different contexts” will have 90 days to render its decision. This bizarre procedure points to the need for new legislation to regulate the ability of tech monopolies to shut down speech. The phone company cannot end a telephone call based on what you are saying, but Twitter can ban you and Amazon can throw you off of its web services. Speaking of Amazon, the employer of 800,000 people in the United States is facing, in one of its Alabama facilities, the first vote on workplace unionizing since 2014. Although the National Labor Relations Board has approved mail-in ballots for the employees, Amazon has discovered—surprise, surprise—that mail-in balloting is not reliable! Quite an irony for the company headed by the owner of the “Democracy Dies in Darkness” Washington Post. It is time for sovereign nations to cooperate on the common aims of mankind.

With the benefit of hindsight—which of course is always 20:20, as the saying goes—you would have been optimistic. Or at least you should have been. Because out of the 14th-century Black Death, which nearly wiped out Western civilization altogether, came the 15th-century’s Golden Renaissance and the greatest flourishing of classical culture and science yet produced by Man. Don’t you wonder how that came about? Today we are in the throes of a pandemic which is sweeping the planet and will get worse in the short term. New strains of the coronavirus have begun to mutate; most national health systems are not equal to the task of keeping up with the disease and its victims; the COVID-19 policies of nearly every government in Europe and the Americas are in shambles because of their submission to Wall Street and the City of London austerity policies; and perhaps worst of all, there is growing irrationality in large parts of the population, who reject science in favor of organized lunacy such as the “Q” fraud and related games. On top of this, as Helga Zepp-LaRouche emphasized in a discussion with colleagues yesterday, there is the aggressive drive of the British Empire to impose a Green Global Reset, which proposes to intentionally reduce the planet’s population down to perhaps 1 billion people, through a combination of decarbonization, denuclearization, and overall deindustrialization policies. Those forces have just won a significant victory by stealing the U.S. election from Donald Trump, who was always against the green approach, and putting Joe Biden in the White House, whose very first act in office was to rejoin the ultra-green Paris Accord. What, then, are the grounds for optimism? First, the reality of the physical economic constraints that these British policies are already crashing into with full force. Just look at the insanity of the campaign to fully convert Europe’s automobiles to electric vehicles (EV), which we describe below. Has anyone bothered to look at what the bill of materials would be for such a plan? Second, the reality of Man’s characteristic capability to act on his new creative discoveries, to not play by the existing rules of the game. For example, viable health systems must and can be established in every country in the world, as part of a bankruptcy reorganization of the international financial system in order to restart physical economy. This will require in-depth cooperation between the U.S. and China, in particular. This is just the beginning of the global economic recovery plan required, including the creation of 1.5 billion productive new jobs. In June 2003, Lyndon LaRouche reflected on the issue of optimism and pessimism in a speech he delivered in Queens, New York: “The other aspect which is important as I see it, around the world today, is pessimism. In the United States there is great pessimism; there’s an affliction of pessimism in politics. What we sometimes call corruption in politics, and it is corruption, is a fruit of pessimism. People say you can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube; you can’t change the way things are going; you can’t improve the political system; you can’t solve the problems; you’ve got to learn to live with the problems—pessimism. And pessimism leads to corruption. And around the world, the same problem—pessimism, pessimism in Africa, especially in black Africa, pessimism in Europe, pessimism in Eastern Europe, and less so in China. China is more confident, but fear in Korea, fear of what might happen, fear in Japan. “So, the most important thing, in my view, in my experience in leadership, is optimism, not arbitrary optimism, not false optimism, but knowledgeable optimism. The knowledge that we can, if we will, do the things that have to be done.”

The recently released FBI interview with MI6 agent Christopher Steele (and his Orbis pal Christopher Burrows) reveals a number of things: The interview was after the FBI fired him for leaking to the press, which they had forbidden. They asked him why he did it. He responded that he had been “riding two horses” (getting paid by both the FBI and GPS Fusion, which was doing the opposition research for Hillary), but when FBI chief Comey reopened the Hillary investigation regarding the illegal use of her personal servers for classified information, Steele decided to go with one horse—Hillary. And, he added, they wanted the crap he had complied to go out to the press. “They followed what their client wanted, and spoke to the press.” Steel said, the FBI wrote, that President Trump was “their ‘main opponent’ and indicated that they were fearful about how Trump’s presidency negatively impacted the historical US-UK alliance and the US-UK special relationship.” Steele said that Fiona Hill (at the Brookings Institute think tank) had introduced him to Igor Donchenko (also at Brookings, and the “primary source” to Steele, who told the FBI in his interview that the things he had passed on to Steele were barroom gossip). Fiona Hill, one of the many very bad choices Trump made for the NSC, then resigned and gave 10 hours of BS testimony at the Ukraine-scandal impeachment trial. The FBI wrote: “Hill is one of Steele’s close friends, later described in the interview that his wife went to university with Hill, and that Hill’s daughter is named after a now-deceased mutual college friend of Hill and his wife.”

At an event sponsored by the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Forum today, rabid environmentalist crackpot Prince Charles presented his newly-launched initiative, the “Terra Carta” (or Earth Charter) and its “Sustainable Market Initiative” to “bring CEOs together”, to “drive a just energy transition.” Introduced in gushing terms by the head of the Atlantic Council, Frederick Kempe, Charles spoke of the “interconnection” between human health (COVID) and “planetary health.” We must move beyond good intentions, he said, to move to a “practical effort to mobilize financial resources.” He said, “I have been challenging leaders of nations and CEOs of corporations” to take action. To do better, we must bring economic value into sustainable viability. After droning through the usual clichés about corporate responsibility for a structural energy transition, he concluded by saying, “A sustainable future is the growth story of our times.”He was followed by Brian Moynihan, CEO of Bank of America, and Bernard Looney, CEO of BP, who praised the prince’s work on the Sustainable Market Initiative, to bring CEOs together to “drive a just transition.” Looney called for support from the financial community to support more Green companies, and more “greening companies”, which he described as those not yet engaged in sustainable practices. He added that this will work, because “what we are doing is in line with what society needs, and wants,” i.e., energy which is affordable, reliable, and clean. BP is moving to become an energy company, not just an oil company. He said that 45% of the companies listed on the London Footsie index are now committed to this project. Moynihan said, from talks with Prince Charles, he agrees that this must now become a “do effort, not a think effort.” Both emphasized their complete support for His Royal Highness, and their agreement with him that the “clock is ticking, we must make each day count.” Kempe, other than praising the three panelists repeatedly, made a point at the beginning of the importance of Biden putting the U.S. back into the Paris Climate Agreement.

Join us on Saturday LIVE at 2pm EST. This week's meeting will include Harley Schlanger, Jason Ross and Diane Sare and will address how, in the aftermath of the “banality of evil” that was the January 20 Biden Presidential Inauguration, should one think, in order to address what must now be done in the United States? Statesman Lyndon LaRouche, in his Politics As Art, pointed out “that President Lincoln had won a terrible, justified, and absolutely necessary war on behalf of all humanity, by aid of lessons adduced from Shakespeare, which he had taught, as directives, to the members of his Cabinet. No one, friend or foe, laughed at the awesome result of that instruction.”

What happened to QAnon? What do you think of Joe Biden's call for "unity" (what a hypocrite!)? What is our post-election strategy? Why did Trump not pardon Julian Assange? How can we develop an emotional connection to Reason?

When Abraham Lincoln stated in June 1858 that "A House divided against itself cannot stand", he was identifying the efforts of supporters of the British System, among southern planters and Boston-New York financial interests, to divide the U.S. More than 160 years later, we are again caught in a battle between those War Hawks and neoliberals, who would divide us around phony, narrow interpretations of "self-interest", versus those committed to a national mission based on the American System.

In a wide-ranging and very provocative dialogue with Helga Zepp-LaRouche, she opened by commenting that if Joe Biden is truly committed to "unity", as he said in his Inauguration Address, he should adopt Pope Paul VI's encyclical, "Development Is the New Name of Peace", as his policy. This would require dropping "identity politics" and the Green New Deal -- which he shows no sign of doing -- in favor of the LaRouche movement's plan to create 1.5 billion productive jobs, including developing a modern health system in every nation to address the COVID pandemic.

The U.S. Presidency passed over today from the Trump Administration to the Biden Administration, amidst extreme physical constraints from the COVID-19 pandemic. But every bit as significant and dramatic as the virus, are the subversion operations associated with the dirty, Anglo-American intelligence operations to get Trump out of office in the U.S.—which go back to 2016 and before. The goals and perpetrators of the illegalities involved are a threat to the whole world, but they cannot prevailPresident Biden’s theme in his inaugural speech was “unity … unity for a divided nation.” In fact, tensions over social divisions in the U.S. are being deliberately inflamed by the controllers of his candidacy, who, at the same time, absolutely oppose the economic and related measures for economic development, which are the only basis for true unity, both at home and worldwide. Hypocrisy is too mild a word. The financial/political networks behind Biden are moving internationally for a final “green finance” economic dictatorship. They are supercharged, because their existing monetarist system is crumbling. Trump opposes “green” economics. One of his first acts as President, was to pull the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Accord. From that standpoint, look at the sequence of coup operations thrown at the U.S. Presidency over the past five years, up to and including today’s “systemic whiteness” vs black America charges: Russiagate, the Mueller report, impeachment I, racism, and now impeachment II, which is still underway. Look at a few aspects of today’s situation. It is blatant that a proper examination of irregularities in the Nov. 3 elections process has been squashed so far. There were waves of private Big Money poured into pre-elections logistics, irregular conduct of the vote, outright and suspected fraud, and so on. Discussion of this is taboo, on penalty of loss of social media, jobs, political position, family safety. This creates a social “division” in the nation of over 70 million people! The Jan. 6 mob assault on the U.S. Capitol was an orchestrated incident. Then it was used in a narrative to assert that Trump supporters are prone to violence, and police-state measures are now in order. Over 20,000 National Guardsmen were deployed today around Washington, D.C., and dozens of thousands may continue there. Another 6,000 Guardsmen are in state capitals and other selected sites. Cult “de-programmers” are now featured media guests. CNN this week interviewed the author of a book, The Cult of Trump. Steve Hassan spoke of methods to end their “disassociated disorder.” He said, “The bottom line is all of America needs deprogramming because we’ve all been negatively influenced by Donald Trump.” Behind these kinds of attacks on the nation in the name of “unity,” comes the drive for green fascism. Besides “unity,” Biden made a point today, of going green. He said in his speech that he “hears the planet crying out” for help. He apparently doesn’t hear the starving people crying out. In Biden’s first Presidential act—signing 17 executive orders today, his priority was to put the U.S. back into the Paris Climate Accord, which is to take effect in 30 days. A week from today, John Kerry, Biden’s special envoy for climate change on the U.S. National Security Council, will participate in a mid-week session of the World Economic Forum’s “Davos Agenda” conference, on greening business activity to save the planet by enforcing a “Zero Carbon” emissions regime. Thus, from hour-one, day-one the Biden Administration is in lock-step with the London/Wall Street drive to impose financial dictatorship on nations, in the name of saving the environment. A preview of next week’s Davos Agenda conference (Jan. 25-29) was given Jan. 18, by WEF co-founder Klaus Schwab, speaking from Geneva, who boasted, along with his staff, of the heads of state and world leaders who will be on hand, and how the U.S. is now coming into line. He spoke of the old paradigm of industry, agriculture and business, which were concerned with goods (and livelihoods). But now, a “new stakeholder capitalism” is to rule in the rebuilding and resetting of the world economy, in which the planet comes first (and people last). The “Great Reset Initiative” is to be launched. Back to reality. Wherever the precursors to the Great Reset are already in effect or on the agenda, it’s a raving disaster. On Jan. 8, all of Europe was right on the edge of an electricity black-out, only narrowly averted through selected load shed and outages. This is the direct result of going for the reset of downgrading electric generation from high-tech nuclear and coal, down to wind and solar. The proposed Green Deal for restricting farming inputs in Europe will result in 22 million Europeans lacking food in 10 years, on top of those already hungry. Worldwide, these Green farm dictates would cut food output over 10% by 2030, and make 185 million starve, on top of those already going hungry. There are examples of revolt on every continent. In India today, the Modi government offered to suspend for 18 months three new agriculture laws which hundreds of thousands of farmers have been striking against for two months. This is no solution, but shows the fight underway. The laws, which jeopardize farmers and the food supply, were forced into being last fall to serve the globalist financial/commodity cartel interests, the same “new paradigm” Green reset crowd that is menacing the whole world. Now the government has been forced toward responsible sovereignty. Economic development is the name for unity, domestically in the U.S., and globally.

The spectacle taking place on Jan. 20 in the nation’s Capital, as the 46th President of the United States is inaugurated before an “audience” of 26,000 armed soldiers, poses an existential question before the citizens of the nation, and to the citizens of the world. Will the US retain its sovereignty—as Ben Franklin said, “a Republic, if you can keep it”—or will the British finally be able to realize their 245-year intention to crush the upstart Republic, and return the “New World” to the Old World of the Empire? The British are depending upon the instigation of mass chaos within the Republic, tantamount to a civil war, with the hyper-democrats and the hyper-conservatives, both, defining freedom and democracy as the right of every autonomous individual to have the “democratic” right to destroy society, be it anarchist rioters looting and burning cities across the nation to protest “institutional racism,” or an attack on the nation’s Capitol Building to protest a stolen election. What is historically known as “gang-countergang” imperial methods to divide and conquer, is in full display in the nation today. While this tragic diversion is taking place, the City of London and Wall Street have already begun the implementation of a new fascist dictatorship, replacing the determination of economic policies by an elected government, based on the consent of the governed, as the Constitution defines, with a network of Central Bankers and “too big to fail” financial institutions with absolute authority to bypass the government altogether, directing credit away from the real economy into a new “green bubble.” All that is required is for the faux-president to declare the Green New Deal, and the bankers simply take over. The World Economic Forum has scheduled a mega-conference for Jan. 25-29 called “The Davos Agenda” to roll out “The Great Reset Initiative,” to celebrate the take-over of the US economy and the Western world by Green Finance, as developed over the past decades by Prince Charles, former Bank of England chief Mark Carney, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Michael Bloomberg, and their oligarchical friends. BlackRock, which governs nearly $8 trillion (with a “t”) in rich folks’ money, has already begun the process, ordering power companies in South Korea, Australia, South Africa, the Philippines and more to cease producing coal-fired power plants or be bankrupted by a sudden withdrawal of their investors’ equity. Is this to “save the planet,” as the British Lords and Ladies insist, as the fake-news media insist, as Joe Biden’s controllers insist? Fairy tales for the gullible. Were our citizens not deprived of beauty, subjected to Lady Gaga rather than Marion Anderson, to rock music and rap rather than Beethoven and Schiller, they would not be so easily duped by fake science. Nor would they tolerate a few tech companies, which are subservient to the “surveillance state” under the NSA and the CIA, to literally declare themselves masters of information, that the 88 million Americans who wish to know what the President of the United States has to say can drop dead—or, as Hillary Clinton told Nancy Pelosi today, that the “cult followers” of President Trump should be investigated by a “new 9/11 Commission.” Simply discussing vote fraud has now been declared verboten by Big Brother. Fascism in not just this political censorship, nor the threat of a police state, or of a militarized nation as we see in Washington today. These are the social structures required to enforce fascism, which is, in essence, fascist economics, as in the Great Reset, Green Finance. The nation, and the world, will now be subjected to this new fascism. But it will soon expose itself. Helga Zepp-LaRouche noted today that ideology must eventually run into reality. Speaking of a conjunctural crisis such as we are experiencing today, the poet Percy Shelly said: “At such periods, there is an accumulation of the power of communicating and receiving profound and impassioned conceptions respecting man and nature.” The world is shocked at these developments within the United States. It is a moment in which souls must be uplifted, with beauty, with hope, and with courage, to break the divisions, to create unity behind the nature of man’s creative spirit, to unite the great nations of the world behind the vision of a new paradigm, as Lyndon LaRouche presented that idea, and the means to achieve it.

With just a week remaining in President Donald Trump’s administration, his Office of the Controller of the Currency (within the U.S. Treasury) promulgated a “Fair Access to Financial Services” rule on Jan. 13 which has angered Wall Street and, no doubt, annoyed Windsor Castle and the Old Lady of Threadneedle Street. The rule, if enforced, would appear to rule “green finance” out of order in the United States banking system, in spite of the Network of Central Banks and Supervisors for Greening of the Financial System which the Federal Reserve just joined after four years of being scared out of it by the President. The rule prohibits banks—although not using this term—from “redlining” companies or funds because they invest either in energy technologies, in agriculture or ranching, or in arms and armaments. No bank, under the rule, may decide or threaten not to lend to or invest in a group or class of companies or funds, as for example, coal and oil and engineering companies have been threatened out of fossil fuel power projects in African and South Asian countries under Mark Carney’s sundry central bank committees and “taxonomies.” Rather, the bank must provide the OCC with criteria and data supporting each case of “redlining” of each single company, and show that those criteria are financial, not climate, social or “governance.” Wall Street is very unhappy at this OCC action, as evidenced in the complaints in three consecutive days’ lead stories, Jan. 14-16, on the website of American Banker the ABA’s publication. Wall Street’s TV channel, CNBC, reported Jan. 14 that the rule “is not just opposed by the largest banks, but faced widespread opposition from legal scholars and environmental, social and governance experts.” Right up to Prince Charles, no doubt. If the Federal Reserve and the biggest Wall Street banks cannot coerce oil and coal companies into building big wind farms instead, farmer cooperatives into swearing off fertilizers and pesticides, ranchers into cutting their livestock herds, Joe Biden’s rejoining the Paris Climate Accord might be a hollow gesture. CNBC tried to reassure by quoting one “expert,” that “one way or another, this rule is not long for this world” under a Biden Administration. But it shows the adversary Trump remains to the Green Deal, and should be paid attention to and fought for. What the rule does, in effect, is what China and Russia and India do to make sure that their companies in the above sectors get credit—the difference being, that those countries make official statements welcoming the “zero-carbon” targets of the Paris Climate Accord while placing them decades off into the future. They are all involved in offering nuclear and clean-coal technologies to developing nations. Those are still first among the nations with which the United States can collaborate in nuclear development, space exploration, and in fact a new Bretton Woods credit system for such development.

As all eyes are focused on tomorrow's inauguration in Washington, D.C., the world's financial oligarchs are racing to put the Great Reset in place, i.e., a global banker's dictatorship designed to preserve and deepen the control of an alliance of private Central Banks over national economies.

The 1967 book by the title, Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community? was the fourth and last book written by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., assassinated in 1968. This weekend, the world honors his historic leadership, on the 92nd anniversary of his birth on January 15. Dr. King in his book, addressed the question: What creates grounds for hope, when we are caught in a time of crisis? His guidance comes through to us profoundly today. This theme will be taken up Monday, January 18 (1 to 4 pm ET,) in the special Schiller Institute international web conference, “A More Perfect Union through the Coincidence of Opposites: Martin Luther King and the American Presidency.” Participants include jurists from several nations, collaborating as a Commission on Truth in Elections, individuals from U.S. states, actively opposing the subversion of the elections process, and a keynote by Schiller Institute President, Helga Zepp-LaRouche. Dennis Speed, of the Schiller Institute and The LaRouche Organization, will introduce the event, “‘Injustice Anywhere Is a Threat to Justice Everywhere’—Martin Luther King and Today’s Crisis in the American Presidency.” At present, there are multiple assaults underway, aimed at plunging the U.S. population and institutions into chaos. Look at just the most obvious. First, with under three days to go before the inauguration of Joe Biden, the media are conducting fear-mongering 24-7, over the prospect of violence in Washington, D.C., state capitals, and other sites. Precautionary measures for public safety are one thing. But what is covered up, is that the Jan. 6th mob attack on the Capitol Building and Congress was a contrived, staged event, intended as rationalization for “emergency” police-state and surveillance measures in the aftermath, in the same way as Sept. 11, 2001 was used for the Patriot Act, and in the spirit of the 1933 Reichstag Fire. Secondly, there is the bandwagon to conduct an impeachment later this week in the Senate against Donald Trump, who will be a private citizen by then. This morning, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), the impeachment manager, discussed his “trial plan” on national television, which is madness on steroids. He intends to include not just the bogus impeachment article charge of “inciting to insurrection,” but to “tell the story of this President’s attack on America.” Thirdly, there is the push for racism and maximum social conflict. For example, American “whiteness” must be ended, was the theme sounded last week in a Washington Post guest column by Hillary Clinton, the has-been former Presidential Wall Street candidate, for whom the most extreme election illegalities were perpetrated in 2016. Her column, “America, We Need To Do Some Soul Searching” charged that, thanks to Trump, “whiteness is valued at the expense of everything else.” Fourth, there is the mass shutdown of communications through social media, targeting the President of the United States and thousands of others. Among others, Twitter banned Trump forever Jan. 8, cutting off access to 88 million people. Twitter founder, billionaire Jack Dorsey said about this, in a tape that recently came out: “We are forced to act on this one account … but we are going to go way beyond this after the inauguration….” There are more lines of chaos which could be enumerated. One thing is clear: These operations do not reflect an outbreak of coincidental dastardliness. They all trace back to serve the interests of the political/financial dictatorship plotting for terminal control of what’s left of the world economy, via their green “Great Reset” power grab, and outright depopulation they know will ensue. Glenn Greenwald, investigative journalist, made a related point on this today, when he said on a Fox News interview, that the Big Tech censorship was “not some unilateral power grab” out of Silicon Valley. No. There are “corporate and government” networks behind this, acting through the major media—CNN, New York Times and the rest, conducting a pressure campaign to make the censorship happen. The immediate intended impact on the public of all these lines of chaos underway is Schrecklichkeit—unreasoning fear. The message is: “We are evil. We are all powerful. We are insane. We are attacking you. There is nothing you can do about it.” That is the message, not only to Americans, but before citizens all around the world. However, in the calm of reason, there is plenty we all can do about it. That is the grounds for hope. The Schiller Institute Jan. 18 conference will take up our tasks. Among the priorities, along with exposing the financial fascism nature of the enemy, is mobilizing to roll back the pandemic and famine. The Jan. 18 conference invitation includes an excerpt from the speech given in Talladega, Alabama on January 19, 2004 by Lyndon LaRouche, at a prayer breakfast honoring Dr. King, by the Talladega County Democratic Party. LaRouche said: “We do not face a new problem today, in one sense. We face the same problem, in principle, that Martin faced. And faced successfully. And I would propose, that in the lesson of Martin Luther King, and his life, there is something we can learn today, which brings him back to life, as if he were standing here, alive, today. There’s something special about his life, his development, which should be captured today by us, not only in addressing the problems of our nation, which are becoming terrible; but the problems of our relationship with the world as a whole.” The Jan. 18 invitation summarizes our situation today, calling for deliberation, and collaboration. “The tragic events of Jan. 6, 2021 at the United States Capitol Building have overshadowed the condition that preceded them—a long-gestating breakdown of public trust in the institutions of government, including the electoral process. This distrust is epidemic throughout the trans-Atlantic sector, and has created a strategic instability of concern to the whole world. The continuing failure to work with Russia, China, India and other nations—nations governed by ideas and in ways divergent from our own—to reverse the foolish economic conditions and failed policies that turned the COVID-19 threat into a global pandemic will, if not reversed, soon bring down each and every government of the trans-Atlantic world.” Attend the event live—and afterward. Invite others. Spread the message of hope. https://schillerinstitute.nationbuilder.com/for_a_citizens_commission_on_truth_in_elections?utm_campaign=invitation_mlk_event&utm_medium=email&utm_source=schillerinstitute

Join us LIVE at 1pm EST on Monday, January 18. This event happens on the anniversary weekend commemorating the birthdays of both. Founding Father Benjamin Franklin, the leading scientist of the eighteenth century and the intellectual leader of the American Revolution, admonished his posterity that they had been given “a Republic, if you can keep it.” The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, America’s leading advocate in the 20th century for the fulfillment of the United States' Constitution through non-violent direct action, sought to do that, and succeeded. Now, it is our turn. Let us use this doubly significant occasion to reject toxic partisanship in favor of the measured, dispassionate examination of grievous violations of the national public trust that have been not only alleged but also documented by those in our nation that are often voiceless.

The 'Reichstag Fire' False Flag event of January 6 provided a pretext for the imperial forces of the so-called Military Industrial Complex to shift to a New Fascism, to suppress opposition to its Schachtian austerity policies and new wars.

The following is an edited version of the presentation given by The LaRouche Organization’s Harley Schlanger to the weekly Saturday Manhattan Project Town Hall of The LaRouche Organization: I’m going to give a summary view of the intent of the military-industrial complex behind the January 6th Reichstag Fire event at the U.S. Capitol, and the rush to judgement impeachment. What unfolded is classic British counterinsurgency strategy.Let’s begin with January 6th. This was a pretext for the next phase of a fascist coup…. Let me take you back to some statements Lyndon LaRouche made in 1971 following Richard Nixon’s ill-fated decision to end the Bretton Woods system and move the United States into an economy of floating exchange rates, speculation, and what was in reality a post-industrial economy. This is something that LaRouche was warning about, had forecast would happen. When it happened, he was very clear on what needed to be done. Most importantly, what he identified as the contributing factors, were the decision of the global financial oligarchy to move into an era of environmentalism, post-industrial economy, and neo-Malthusianism. That is, global depopulation. And he identified that if this were not reversed, we would be heading to fascism. Not fascism as the image most people have of jack-booted soldiers marching with a swastika, but fascism as an economic system typified by the role of Hitler’s Minister of Finance, Hjalmar Schacht, who was the choice of the London-New York banking crowd to oversee the phase shift in Germany from an industrial republic to a destructive force targetting all of Europe and the United States. It was that policy which was the policy of the corporate cartels. What we’ve seen in the United States since LaRouche made that warning in 1971, is a series of phase shifts economically and politically. I’m just going to identify a couple of those which are the more important ones. One of them was the mid- to late-1980s, when the Democratic Party adopted what they called the Third Way. Dump the policies of Franklin Roosevelt and John F Kennedy, that were committed to the idea of uplifting the conditions for the whole of the population, and instead became “neo-liberals”—essentially dependent on money from Wall Street, and carrying out policies for the benefit of the wealthiest, including the bankers and financiers. That was the shift that brought us the Clinton administration; Al Gore was key in setting that up. The second phase shift was after 9/11. This was another forecast LaRouche made, that there would be a move toward a fascist policy following a Reichstag Fire event, which we saw with 9/11. The Patriot Act, which was introduced then, was based on something that Joe Biden authored in 1995, called the Omnibus Counterterrorism Act, which called for an expansion of the FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act], but most importantly it identified terrorism as based on political beliefs. So, when the Patriot Act was passed and pushed by John Ashcroft, he contacted Biden to try to get Democratic support for it, and Biden agreed. We know what it means to have not just the mass surveillance, but the use of social media to manipulate the way people think and act. We also had the permanent wars launched as a result of the Reichstag Fire on September 11, 2001; permanent wars that we were in and still are in. But it became the basis of Donald Trump’s victory in 2016, by appealing to the American people based on their being tired of war, tired of austerity, saying that we are going to end these wars and rebuild our nation. That was responded to by the military-industrial complex, the Deep State, the swamp, or what we call the British Empire, by launching Russiagate to get rid of Donald Trump. We identified this from the beginning as a regime-change coup that intended not just to defeat Trump, but to change the country, to demoralize his supporters, and to prevent the United States from asserting its national sovereignty and building its economic power based on the principles of the American System. Let’s jump ahead to what happened January 6th. There was a perfectly legitimate contest in the Congress, which has been launched by the Democrats before. This was not unprecedented, challenging the certification of the electors. The Democrats did it in 2004, in the Bush-Kerry election, and in 2016. But to read the mass media, or watch the television coverage, it was as though this was some kind of absolute break with the traditions of American history. But it was a Constitutionally-defined action that was being taken. But what did happen was the event at the Capitol building. Now, there are many unanswered questions, and I just want to pose a couple of them without going into great detail. These were brought up by the investigative journalist John Solomon. He pointed out that the New York Police Department, the Capitol Police, and the FBI all had advance warnings that there could be violent protests at the Capitol when these hearings took place on January 6th. Keep in mind, on the FBI, this in itself can be somewhat suspicious, given that we know that the FBI repeatedly deploys people into organizations to be provocateurs. They did this with the civil rights movement; they did it with the people fighting the civil rights movement. They’ve done it with the left and right historically. It does clearly appear as though there were provocateurs in these riots. Just keep in mind that the FBI supposedly had advance notice. But here are the questions you have to look at. Why was there not more robust security if there had been these advance warnings? The Capitol Police chief, Stephen Sund, reported that he went to the House and Senate security leaders, personally, and suggested they bring in more police, possibly the National Guard. He was rebuffed. So, there was not an adequate police presence at the Capitol when this started. But secondly, if you look at the timeline, the first assault on the Capitol began while President Trump was still speaking. He was speaking for an additional 20 minutes when people started swarming into the Capitol building. The question Solomon asked is, "How can you be accused of inciting something that was preplanned, and started before he supposedly said the words that incited the crowd. This was not an incitement; it was a provocation. And that’s why we see this as a Reichstag Fire. What was the result of what happened on January 6th? Well, the attempt to get rid of Trump moved ahead. The idea of impeaching someone in the last days of office is somewhat of a strange conception. But we know that Pelosi has been intending this for a long time. What was more than an attack on Trump, was an attempt to criminalize a movement. He got 75 million votes, and by presenting him as a madman, as a rioter and insurrectionist, by implication they’re saying that anyone who voted for him was crazy, was an insurrectionist, was a potential danger. They criminalized the opposition to the policies, by making it appear that if you didn’t go along with the Pelosi-Schumer agenda, you’re a potential criminal or potential terrorist. They’re out to change the Constitution, especially in the way elections are run. And the censorship policy which was brought in, was designed to cut people off from an ability to communicate; to even discuss ideas. If you challenge the counting of the vote, you might be a terrorist, and suspect, and possibly get your access to internet platforms cut. Finally, the effect of this will be to increase the radicalization of some Trump supporters, and set the phase for more violence in the future. It will be done to justify more surveillance, more preemptive measures, and so on. Now look, what was the Trump movement? It was people who were angry at watching the country go to hell; watching the cities collapse, the health care system be torn apart. Our young men and women being sent to wars that are unwinnable; fighting for goals that are never specified, by politicians who never served in the military, and really don’t care about the problems they’re creating for the nation. So, you create an environment of polarization and radicalization. The other aspect of classic British gang-countergang strategy is, you do it with the left and the right. You have left and right radicals, who are fed by this process. We’ve seen it with the Black Lives Matter and Antifa. We see it on the right with the Q movement and militias. Many of the people who get caught up in these things are people who legitimately are concerned about what they see as a collapse of the system, collapse of society, but who feel helpless to act through standard political means, because the political system itself is so corrupted by big money on both sides; the left and the right. So, what happens? Let’s look at this QAnon just for a moment. I know this is going to aggravate some people, probably enrage others. But you better face it now. If you were angry and frustrated and looking for some answers, many people turn to QAnon, because it seemed to have an explanation of what was going on in the attacks on Donald Trump. But what was it really? It’s a classic British operation of psychological warfare. It engaged people in a kind of political video game. A world of warcraft for politics, where people were encouraged to watch what was going on; were given drops of information—little bits and pieces. Which, by the way, were available in other places besides the QAnon postings. But think about what was said. There are 30 sealed indictments, 100 sealed indictments, 300 sealed indictments. Now I’m told they’re saying there are over 220,000 sealed indictments. That’s a lot of sealed indictments. How come people haven’t been going to prison? We were told there would be mass arrests; we were told that Biden and Hillary Clinton are wearing ankle bracelets. That Gina Haspel, the CIA Director, was killed in a nonexistent shoot-out in Frankfurt, Germany. If she wasn’t killed, she was sent down to Gitmo. Some of them say the Pope has been killed or replaced by a hologram. And what we’re also told is, don’t worry about the chaos, the good guys are coming to the rescue. Trust the plan. The hook was the attack on the corruption of a broken-down system, but there was not a strategic perspective. People were not organized around a counter strategy, other than wait for the good guys and cheer them on, and in the meantime, become informed. A lot of people did become awakened by the victory of Donald Trump and the events that took place afterwards. Much was exposed about the corruption in the intelligence community. The Clinton, Obama and Bush networks in both parties. The corruption coming from the United Kingdom. But there were diversions; attempts to point people in different directions. And instead of going after the people pulling the strings, you went after some of the puppets, who were the ones the string-pullers were putting in your face. What is the ultimate plan of the people who ran this? To push through the Great Reset. To establish a global bankers’ dictatorship that will essentially give the power to the people behind the central banks, but also in the corporate cartels. Give them the power over not only the circulation and the production of credit, but where it’s spent; where the money is spent. Eliminate the role of parliaments and governments and the Congress to make policy. Why? Because they’re too pliable to trying to answer some of the demands of their constituents. Put it instead in the hands of technocrats run by the banks, so that we can have the kind of austerity that will not only allow them to pay off their debts, but kill off whole sections of the population. They don’t intend to have a sound economy; that’s not what the World Economic Forum and the Davos billionaires intend. They intend to radically reduce the world’s population. That’s their plan; a bankers’ dictatorship. So, while people were caught in the left-right gangs and countergangs, this is what has been going on in the background. There are still people who are saying, “You’re wrong. You wait and see, there’s going to be an insurrection act, there’s going to be martial law, mass arrests in the next week.” Well, if it happens, we’ll see. I don’t believe it, and I think many of you are going to have a rude awakening when you realize you’ve been played by the same people who ran the impeachment against Donald Trump. The same people who have wrecked our economy and put the United States into the category of a mere banana republic with the manipulations they’ve carried out over the recent weeks and months. We have a strategy at The LaRouche Organization; we have a program. And it starts with two points. Know your enemy and how they think, and how they manipulate you. And secondly, how do we revive the American System of physical economics, which was the great contribution that Lyndon LaRouche made in his many years in politics and statecraft in the United States?

What would life under the Inquisition have been like, if that unholy office had the power currently concentrated in the hands of tech monopolies Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, Apple, and Google? President Trump has been nearly universally deplatformed, an act the Russian Foreign Affairs Spokeswoman has compared to a nuclear explosion. The British continue the torture of Julian Assange, caged in a high-security British prison. Edward Snowden, who blew the whistle on widespread, unconstitutional mass surveillance, remains trapped in Russia. The legacy of Lyndon LaRouche, for half a century the leading political fighter in the United States, has been subjected to an infamous campaign of calumny and an official blackout by the legacy media.

Events since the November 3 election, including the escalation of the ongoing coup in the U.S. and its effects on the world, have been a cause of tension and extreme anxiety. This is exacerbated by censorship, "Fake News", rumors, gossip and the degrading effects of a "social media culture." How do we deal with that? How can we elevate our level of thinking, in the midst of this chaos, to the "new plateau" advocated by Helga Zepp LaRouche?
