March 12--The UN Security Council held an emergency session Friday, called by Russia, on the information the Russians have discovered in Ukraine regarding the activities of over 30 Bio Labs, funded and controlled by the U.S. over the past decades.
Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia detailed those findings, which, he said, have been posted on line for all to see, showing that the labs "host extremely dangerous biological experiments, aimed at enhancing the pathogen properties of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other lethal diseases with the help of synthetic biology." The funding comes from the US Department of Defense's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), he reported. The projects included finding means to spread dangerous pathogens by birds, bats, fleas and lice. "Lies, utter nonsense" the U.S. Ambassador screamed, proceeding to accuse Russia, without any evidence, of preparing to use chemical or biological weapons for assassinations or in military operations against the Ukrainian people. Nebenzia responded that he could not but be reminded of the presentation "in this very room," by Colin Powell in 2003, with the fake test tube of chemical weapons, a stunt which was used to unleash the mass murder and destruction by the U.S. and allied forces of several nations which had done no harm nor made any threats to the western nations. "Think of Raqqa and Mosul that were razed to the ground," Nebenzia said, "and the thousands of civilian lives under the ruins of these cities. I can't remember our colleagues spilling their righteous anger on that matter."
The Pentagon, also, issued a fact sheet, acknowledging some details of the DTRA -- all innocent and legal as can be, of course. They admitted that after the Russian military incursion into Ukraine the labs were instructed to destroy the samples, just as the Russians had claimed, but not to hide anything, but only for safety. Scott Ritter, the expert in biological and chemical weapons who served on the UN weapons inspections teams in Iraq, debunked this line in an interview with the former British MP George Galloway: "The U.S. is walking a thin line regarding what is legal and what is not under the Biological and Toxins Weapons Convention.... Yes, they are weapons labs." Financial warfare, quaintly called the "nuclear financial option," is now in full swing against the Russian economy and the Russian people, led by the British Empire (now calling itself "Global Britain"), essentially admitting that they are using Wall Street and the US military as their "dumb giant" enforcement agencies. This is being met by a wartime mobilization of the Russian economy, imposing currency controls, and paying foreign bond holders in rubles (explaining that the bond holders can exchange the rubles for dollars from the $300 billion of Russian reserves held in foreign banks which have been stolen by the criminals running the western governments and financial institutions -- taking a 40% cut due to the devalued rate imposed on the ruble by those same western banks. Companies which leave their operations behind in Russia, Putin announced, may be taken over by Russian (or perhaps Chinese) companies.
These and other responses by the Russians are not being covered in the western mainstream press, as it would simply further demonstrate that the sanctions on Russia are aimed equally at the economies of the west. These western economies were already suffering from a hyperinflationary collapse, made worse by the cut off of Russian energy, food, fertilizer and more.

(free download), the "Green New Deal" imposed by the western banking cartel was already shutting down the western economy, cutting credit to fossil fuels and many industrial and agricultural sectors, to "shift the trillions" into bailing out the bankrupt western financial system. As poor Joe Biden has been saying to the increasingly hostile American population, you just have to suffer to save "democracy" from the evil Russians.
